Which way to reach us

Each channel suits a different moment.

• Call if you want to talk it through now and you have ten minutes away from the job.
• Text if you are on site and want to start the conversation without stopping work. A two-line message is enough; we will reply and suggest a time to talk.
• Email if you want to send detail: your website address, the services you want to grow and any numbers you are comfortable sharing.

Our hours, Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, run from noon to 9 pm in Vaughan. For many contractors that is the easier half of the day to talk.

What to include in your first message

You do not need a brief. But the more of these you can share, the more useful our first reply will be:

1. Your business name and website.
2. What you sell most, and what you would like to sell more of.
3. The parts of Vaughan and nearby cities your crews serve.
4. Your average job value, even roughly.
5. Where most of your work comes from today: referrals, search, a builder relationship, repeat commercial accounts.
6. What you have tried before and what did not work.

A text can be as short as this template:

Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name]. We do [type of work] in [community or ward] and want more [project type]. Can we talk this week?

An email can follow this outline:

Subject: Marketing for [Business name], [type of work] in Vaughan

We are a [type of firm] based in [community]. Our average job is about [$ amount] and most work comes from [source]. We want more [project type] in [areas]. Our website is [web address]. You can usually reach me on [day and time].

What happens next

Here is the sequence after you get in touch:

1. We reply, usually within one business day, and suggest a time for a call.
2. The first call takes about 30 minutes and is free for eligible trades businesses. We ask about your work, your numbers and your goals, and we tell you honestly whether we think we can help.
3. A written recommendation follows if it makes sense: which services to start with, the plan that fits, a suggested ad budget and what we expect in the first three to six months.
4. You decide. There is no pressure and no long contract. If you go ahead, plans run month-to-month with 30 days' notice.

Before you contact us

It may help to read a few pages first. The services page explains what each service involves, pricing shows plan costs with a worked example, and the FAQ covers contracts, ownership and reporting.

Please note that we are a marketing and business consulting service, not a contractor. We cannot quote on construction, renovation, installation or repair work, and we do not pass enquiries to contractors. If you are a homeowner looking for someone to do work on your property, we are not the right contact.

Privacy and follow-up

We use your details only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not add you to any list, we do not share your details with contractors or other companies, and if you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop. We only email people who contact us first.
